Monitoring COVID-19 Developments

No one is permitted to enter any Specht Physical Therapy clinic if they have:

-Traveled outside of the U.s. within the last 14 days.

-Symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, or are ill in any way

-Been in direct contact with a person who has contracted the virus.

In-clinic precautions being taken include:

  • All treatments are one on one.
  • All staff will abide by frequent hand washing and sanitizing practices.
  • All staff will practice effective cough and sneeze etiquette.

Additional Information:

  • Additional limitations, including travel bans, have been placed on in-clinic employees.
  • Common areas, treatment rooms, and equipment will be frequently cleaned and disinfected (after contact with a person and hourly).
  • All patients will be asked to wash hands when arriving and leaving Specht Physical Therapy.

We will continue to closely monitor information from the Center Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our national, state and local health authorities. Knowledge, information and recommendations are evolving, and we will continue to reassess and make changes daily to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread while minimizing its impact on your physical therapy care.

Our team is working hard to be safe, calm and continue to provide the best possible care, in every way, to our community during these trying times.
