This is a women’s only workshop designed to teach women of any age about the anatomy and function of their pelvic floor in a supportive and comfortable environment. Come enjoy a mocktail and learn what you can do for your pelvic health. We will teach you how to do Kegel exercises correctly, and use breathing and mindfulness to maximize your pelvic health.
This workshop is helpful for:
– Back, hip, and pelvic pain
– Overactive bladder and urinary urgency
– Urinary incontinence
– Pain during intercourse
– Diastasis recti (Abdominal separation)
– Pre and Post-Pregnancy
– Post-menopausal changes
Please wear comfortable clothing as we will spend 10-15 minutes on the mat introducing basic yoga and Pilates principles for pelvic health. You will leave this workshop with greater mind-body awareness and a better understanding of how to prevent and treat pelvic floor disorders.
