1.) Avoid drinks with congeners like whiskey, tequila, or cognac.
2.) Drink a 1:1 water to alcohol ratio.
3.) Get plenty of sleep. If you’re an insomniac, stick with less than 2 drinks.
4.) Have late night meal or a hearty breakfast to avoid low blood sugar.
5.) Reduce the inflammation through diet or NSAIDs.
6.) Know your limits- drink in moderation.
7.) Try a little hair of the dog (if nothing else works).
