Improve one of the most basic movements in human development, the squat. Squatting is a fundamental movement which helps us in many other important mechanics. In this series, we’ll be reviewing how to improve your squat form. Start with the hip hinge in quadruped (all fours), then progress to tall kneeling. Once you’ve mastered both movements, test your hip hinge ability in standing.
