This Pilates Fundamentals Workshop is a great starting point for beginners and those who want to learn about Pilates. We will cover the basic principles of Pilates to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness.
Research and scientific studies have demonstrated that Pilates aids in easing low back pain, improving posture and increasing strength and flexibility. This workshop is a strong precursor to all mat Pilates classes and a wonderful compliment to a yoga practice.
Beginner Level – No experience required. Please bring your mat and wear comfortable, form-fitting attire.
