Our “Move Well Workshops” return with Hacking the Squat on Tuesday, October 16th from 6-8 pm. Improve your athletic performance, gain flexibility, and build strength with the correct performance of the simple (but not easy!) squat exercise. Learn how to fix limitations that are preventing you from being able to squat to your
full potential.
Presented by Zachary Pereira, MSPT, OCS Zach is a physical therapist, board-certified orthopaedic specialist and certified in the selective functional movement assessment.
