Join us to learn Pilates mat exercises to improve running mechanics, prevent injuries and heal your current running-related issues. Our specifically tailored Pilates moves will address runner’s knee, plantar fasciitis, tight hamstrings & hip flexors, shin splints and more!
Workshop will include an introduction to Pilates principles, 60-minute pilates class with home exercise instruction, and post-class discussion.
