Dr. Josiah Johnson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping individuals return to the activities they love through movement-based rehabilitation and individualized care. With a background in athletics and strength training, Josiah combines evidence-based treatment with functional exercise, mobility training, and neuromuscular re-education to help patients improve performance, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience.

Josiah earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from American International College and has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including shoulder injuries, knee pain, post-operative rehabilitation, running-related injuries, and return-to-sport progression. He has a particular interest in strength and conditioning principles, movement analysis, and helping active individuals safely return to the gym, sport, and daily activities.

As a former collegiate track athlete, Josiah understands the physical and mental demands of training, recovery, and performance. His treatment approach emphasizes patient education, collaborative goal setting, and empowering patients with the tools needed to maintain progress outside the clinic.

Outside of the clinic, Josiah enjoys strength training, running, sports performance, and continuing to expand his clinical knowledge in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
