Join Our Team
Physical therapy the way it was meant to be practiced.
You did not go through years of education and clinical training to rush through visits, juggle multiple tables, or feel like documentation is running your day.
At Specht Physical Therapy, you treat one patient at a time for 40 uninterrupted minutes. No double booking. No aides. No shortcuts. Just meaningful clinical work, thoughtful progression, and outcomes you are proud of.
If you want to build your confidence, sharpen your orthopedic skillset, and practice in a clinic where quality still leads — this is the environment you have been looking for.
What Makes Specht Different
The standard here is simple:
One-on-one sessions, every time
Zero double booking
You control the room and the care
Primarily orthopedic and sports-related cases
Time to think, assess, and treat intentionally
You are not pushed to survive the day. You are supported to grow inside it.
Mentorship That Actually Develops You
Whether you are a new graduate or a few years into your career, your development is taken seriously here. Our Mentoring for Mastery program is built around your growth — not left to chance.
✔ One-on-one case discussions with experienced clinicians
✔ Co-treatments when you want hands-on collaboration
✔ Monthly clinical meetings reviewing examination and treatment techniques
✔ Structured feedback tailored to your learning style
You are not told to “let us know if you need anything.” You are actively developing.
At Specht, you treat ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. You do not have to juggle multiple patients. The mentorship is individualized, with co-treatments, case discussions, and real support. I could not have asked for a better job following graduation.
