Tyler Canto received his Associates degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at New England Institute of Technology in 2014 and joined the Specht team in 2025. He has spent the majority of his career providing care in the outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages and a vast variety of diagnoses. He is fluent in Portuguese with Azorean heritage. Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and is a car enthusiast, spending his free time working on cars and drag racing.
