You live a demanding life. Most likely, this life cannot afford to be held up because of back pain.
Back pain, whether small or excruciating, can limit your day to day activities. This back pain can stem from many things, sitting all day at work, sleeping wrong, sports, heavy lifting, etc. There is no universal cause OR cure for back pain however, and that is why it is so important to understand how your body is moving so the correct exercises can be done.
We have put this workshop together for people like you; hard workers, busy parents and heavy lifters. When you attend this workshop you will learn flexibility exercises, strengthening and correct body mechanics. We will be teaching self-myofascial release with foam rollers, core stabilization and posture corrections as well.
