The plank is a great exercise to teach stability and improve core stabilization. However, many times it is performed incorrectly and can cause back or shoulder and neck pain. We’ve reviewed the basic plank, and progressed through a change in the points of contact. In this week’s video, we’re increasing the challenge by changing your point of stability- making it harder to balance in order to engage more of your core musculature!
