If done incorrectly, lifting heavy things can do serious damage to your back! Prevent back strain when moving heavy objects by practicing proper technique and strengthening the muscles involved. This week’s exercise will show you a proper carrying technique to leave you pain-free while you move mulch, plant pots, and complete whatever heavy lifting you’ve got in store!
